Before your exclusive watch arrive at the retail stores, Vincent Watch provides an opportunity for watch enthusiast to have an early access to purchase them through pre-orders on the Vincent Watch Online store.
Pre-orders are usually done weeks to months in advance and at limited quantities.

How can I make a pre-order?

3. Add the item to cart.
4. Check out your cart.
5. Your item is secured!

I made a pre-order purchase. How will I receive my purchase?

Once your pre-order watch arrives and is ready to delivery/shipping, you will be informed via the first email notification/text message. You will receive a second email notification/text message by our courier service provider with the delivery details when your item has been picked up by them.

I made a pre-order purchase. When will I receive my purchase?

As pre-orders are carried out for products that have not reached us, it will take some time for you to receive them. We will not be able to advise how long will it take for the watch to arrive. Hence, do pre-order only if you can wait for it. 

I made a pre-order purchase. Can I cancel and get a refund?
